Her long-standing interest in personal and family organization grew naturally from her work supporting individuals and families in finding balance, clarity, and calm in their everyday lives.

As a parent to four grown kids, Alisha knows firsthand how chaotic life can get—and how powerful it is to have organized, functional spaces that bring peace and control. Through Shelf & Style, she combines her clinical insight, personal experience, and creative eye to help clients turn cluttered areas into purposeful spaces that truly support their daily lives. Donna Long is a valued Shelf & Style team member, bringing warmth, creativity, and a natural talent for organizing to every project. A longtime resident of Lewes, Delaware, Donna is a proud mother and grandmother who understands firsthand the importance of creating calm, functional spaces for busy families.

She and Alisha worked together for over a decade at Child’s Play by the Bay, where Donna was known as the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly—whether organizing materials, coordinating staff, or planning unforgettable events.
